Frequently asked questions

How do I join the tester community?

Join the Google Group with the same Google account you use for Play Store testing, then sign in to the dashboard.

How do I test an app and earn points?

Choose an available app, follow its testing instructions, complete the in-app check-in, and submit useful feedback. Points follow the rules shown in your dashboard.

When do pending points become available?

Pending points become available after your next eligible daily check-in. Your points balance shows the current status.

How can I find testers for my own app?

Open the dashboard, add your Play testing link and clear instructions, then choose the number of tester slots available under your account rules.

Does community testing guarantee Play Store approval?

No. The community can help you run tests and gather feedback, but Google makes all Play Console review and approval decisions.

What should I do if a tester submits a misleading report?

Use the report or dispute option in your dashboard and include a clear reason. A moderator can review the case.

Are points real money, and do I have to donate?

Points are for use inside the platform and cannot be treated as cash. Donations are optional; only use a payment method listed in the site’s configured donation options.

What should I include in a useful bug report?

Describe the steps to reproduce the issue, what you expected, and what actually happened. Include your device and Android version when relevant, but never share passwords or private account details.
